Date Palm Contemplation

There comes a time every once in awhile, when one must sit under the date palm and think.

For here under the shade, Allah reminds one of past events and the prophesies of the future.

Muhammad (PBUH) was well known, for sitting under the shade, of the Date Palm.

Furthermore, I have never known why, but since I was a child; I have set under a lot of tree’s to write or just think, in the coolness of the shade with by back resting against the trunk of the tree and this is before I learned, Muhammad (PBUH) did the same.

I have often wondered if other people like to do this.

One thing about a tree, if one tends to be shy or for what ever other reason; a tree can be a good friend. -HRM Deborah
