A Place Called Home

Jerusalem skyline from the Mount of Olives.

If one should ask what is in the heart there is no word’s to comprehend for they go beyond human speech.

For my home is not just a place filled with loving people or ancient landscape or even the glorious illumination by Allah (Hashem), it is a place imbedded since the beginning of time within the fibers of the soul.
An Orthodox Jew reads at the Western Wall.

When one is away from home standing in the precipice of a desert far reaching from all that one loves, the tears once flowed in a different way as time progresses, as one can cry on the inside as well as the outside and Allah (Hashem) collects both, the heart will ache; but silently as one reaches the distant shore looking across the horizon from the place one doesn’t belong, one still wishes and pray’s for that place-called home.-HRM Deborah

'Avinu Malkeinu Schma Koleina' ('Our Father, our King, Hear our Voice')-A Jewish Prayer, for of all who is far from home; to the day you shall return and the warm embrace that you're loved.
