Muslim worshippers perform the first Jumma (Friday) prayer during Ramadan in the city of Makkah on 28 August 2009.As to the swine flu situation across the Middle East, including Jerusalem and Makkah; there is no problem as Muslims undertake the umrah minor pilgrimage to Makkah, which was reported earlier.

It was estimated at 90,000 faithful where in attendance in Jerusalem, with the weather being extremely warm today.
