The temptations by Shaytan (Satan) to commit sin, is as simple as a whisper by him in the ear. But what is most important, is not to listen and do what is righteous by Allah's (Hashem's) command nor ever faultier from being good.
As to other mediums, especially towards Propagandists: Had it not been for the Grace and Mercy of Allah (Hashem) upon you, you would have followed Satan, save a few of you. -HRM Deborah
